– Perishable items such as fresh produce or dairy products are not eligible for returns due to their sensitive nature.

– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order.

– Provide your order number and details of the issue along with any supporting evidence such as photographs.

1.3 Return Process

– Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

– Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and condition, unless the product was damaged during transit.

1.4 Refunds

– Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-8 days.
